25 Minute Reiki & Craniosacral Sessions for $30 Lie back, relax and let your mind wander to a healing place during a 25 minute Reiki or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions. These metaphysical energy work practices use light gentle touch on or slightly above the body. The result is often a calming of the nervous system and mind, a relaxing of tense muscles and for some a relief of pain. These practices are often helpful for those who feel stressed, depressed or anxious and for those who experience painful conditions.

Bio:

Joan Bender is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Reiki Practitioner and Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist from Delmar, NY. She has been working in the counseling/coaching field for over 20 years, a Reiki therapist since 2007 and craniosacral therapist since 2016. She is also the Author of Gluten Free Alchemy: The Heart & Soul of Creating Gluten Free Goodies and The Great Veggie Monster Mystery. Joan will be offering 25 minute Reiki & craniosacral therapy sessions.
