Gloria De Pietro spent much of her early life in hospitals surviving many near death experiences. She attended New York’s School of Visual Arts and was a textile designer in New York City. After her undergraduate studies De Pietro moved to Paris to further study art and painting. In Paris, she studied at The Louvre and the Paris American Academy.
De Pietro returned to school 2000 to get her Master of Science Degree in Art Therapy. She worked in residential treatment for 15 years with disadvantaged adolescents. She wrote a book about her involvement with traumatized youth called Abandoned.

Our focus who be on walking mindfully, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, seeking to arrive at our own spiritual center as we arrive at the labyrinth’s center, and to emerge from the labyrinth with renewed peace for the world.
