Vendor Fees this year are Listed By Booth Size. You MUST Choose A Booth Size to Vend at our Fair. The new Venue does not have tables and chairs so you will need to bring your own, or you can rent them below. Please see Vending Info and Prices For More Detailed Information About Vendor Fees.
You will need to bring your own screens, signage, tables, table cloths, any racks, shelving and decorations. These must fit inside the booth size that you purchase, no exceptions.
You can add tables and chairs to your order below if you want to rent them from us. We are using a 3rd party rental company for these.

Please bring a power bar and a long extension cord. Electricity access may be limited depending on number of vendors and where your booth is located, however- We will do our best to accommodate you.

BOOTH LOCATION PREFERENCE- **For Early Registrants**
Due to the size of our new location, we are excited to announce that we are asking people for their booth location preferences. If you register early enough, you may be able to choose your booth location.
Take a look at the map key below and let us know which area of the map you would like to be located in. The entrance is marked. We have some Booths reserved for readers and healers and they are located furthest away from the entrance in order to promote a more quiet atmosphere. (East Wing B).
However, you may want to be located in the middle of the fair for more exposure. East Wing A, South or West Wing. Please look at the map and make your first and second preference choices.
