Joan Bender is a Certified Reiki Master, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Health Coach, & Dreamworker. She’ll be offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. These sessions use light, gentle touch, on or slightly above the body, feeling into the energy field to identify and work with areas of constriction that come from stress, pain, grief, trauma, illness and the ups and down of everyday life. Both modalities are deeply relaxing, nurturing and bring a greater sense of balance to the mind, body & Spirit.
