Anvile Milligan has been a professional tarot card reader (Tarotist) since 1991. Decades of experience and tens of hundreds of readings have made me a Master Tarotist. I have been teaching others about tarot cards and readings for the better part of twenty-five years. Published my first book on the subject, a beginner’s guide, in 2015.
