We will briefly learn of the history and nature of labyrinths, and their varying designs and uses. Primarily, though, there will be opportunities to walk actual labyrinths.
Our focus who be on walking mindfully, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, seeking to arrive at our own spiritual center as we arrive at the labyrinth’s center, and to emerge from the labyrinth with renewed peace for the world.
