The Crescent Moon started with thinking of a unique way to display crystals. I love the moon, wood working, and crystals. I thought of a way to incorporate them all together. My dad and I did some brainstorming, and we came up with a design of the crescent moon. He decided that cherry wood would be the best fit for the moons, being we are in beautiful upstate New York it is readily available. The moons are made start to finish right here at the shop. My father cuts, rotors, and sands the moon. I stain, polyurethane, and wrap the crystals for the moons. I also incorporate the charka into most of the moons.  We have been making the moons since April of 2022 and we both enjoy making these unique, one-of-a-kind moons.  I also hand wrap both sterling and non-sterling jewelry.  We offer a wide selection of unique crystal carvings.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and camping.
